Returns and Refunds
In the case of used items, their operational or optical condition may occasionally change between the time of listing and shipment. If, upon receipt, the item's operational condition differs from the product description or if there is an initial defect, we will process a return and refund.
We will also address any overlooked operational issues (if there are areas that were not fully checked).
Returns and refunds will be handled within 30 days of delivery completion. Please notify us via transaction message or email at that time.
*Please note that we cannot process returns or refunds if more than 30 days have passed since delivery completion, regardless of whether the operation and appearance have been checked.
★If the item's condition changes or is found to be different from the product description during the pre-shipment inspection, we will contact the successful bidder.
*We cannot accept returns for items that are not in the same condition as when they arrived, for scratches/dirt based on personal subjective opinion, for subjective perceptions of optical visibility or operational feel, or for junk or vintage ranked items.
Cancellations due to mistaken purchases will not be accepted. You will be required to complete the purchase.
