Q1: Do you display items in your physical store?
A1: We do not display items in our physical store. We sell online only.
Q2: Can you ship the same day?
A2: Generally, we ship 2-3 days after purchase. Depending on the timing of your purchase, same-day shipping may be possible. We have business trips about once a month, in which case shipping will take 4-5 days.
Q3: Can I get a receipt?
A3: We will enclose a delivery note with the invoice number and qualified invoice number. Please use that as your receipt.
Q4: The product I received has a defect that was not described.
A4: If there is an undescribed defect, we will accept returns and issue refunds within 30 days of delivery completion. Please contact us by email or phone.
Please return the item at your expense. We will issue a refund after confirming receipt of the item.
*This applies only if the product is in the same condition as when we shipped it.
*Please note that we cannot accept returns after 30 days, or if the customer has scratched or damaged the item themselves.
Q5: I want to return a junk item, is that possible?
A5: We cannot accept returns for items described as "junk" or "as-is." Thank you for your understanding.
Q6: The lens dirt was worse than I expected, or the feel of the operation/controls was different from what I expected.
A6: Perceptions of lens/optical appearance and the feel of helicoids, dials, and buttons vary from person to person. As these are used items, we cannot accept returns due to excessive subjectivity. We also cannot accept returns if the condition does not affect shooting. Thank you for your understanding.
