Shipping method

For shipments within Japan, we aim to dispatch within 2-3 days, and same-day shipping may occur depending on the timing of your payment. Some products will be sent via LetterPack Plus.

International shipments will be dispatched within 1 to 2 weeks.

★International Customers (Customs Duties/Taxes)★
・Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
・These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
・Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
・These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
・We do not under-declare merchandise values or mark items as "gifts." Declared values will be the same as the insured amount. Such practices are prohibited by U.S. and international government regulations.
・If an item is returned because the buyer failed to pay import duties or taxes,
any resulting fees or losses may be deducted from the refund amount for the item.

★★I have a business trip about once a month. In such cases, shipping may be delayed. I will inform you of the trip duration via email, etc.

----If you wish to specify a delivery time (e.g., morning, 2-4 PM, 4-6 PM, 6-8 PM, 7-9 PM) or have your package held at a delivery office, please enter the delivery office address in the shipping address field.
※Please be sure to inform us of any requested time changes or changes to the delivery address. If no specific instructions are given, we will ship as usual. (Time specification is not possible for international shipments)
※For combined shipments, this applies only to items purchased on the same day.
※Regarding shipping notifications and tracking numbers, we will notify buyers of shipping notifications and tracking numbers.
※LetterPack Plus cannot be used for time-specified delivery.
